DigiElo exists to support verified, consent-first, proximity-based interaction. These Guidelines help keep users safe and protect platform integrity.

PROHIBITED CONTENT AND CONDUCT (ZERO TOLERANCE)

Includes:

- Sexual exploitation involving minors

- Grooming

- Non-consensual intimate imagery

- Sextortion

- Credible threats

- Incitement of violence

- Hate and harassment

- Doxxing

- Fraud and impersonation

- Illegal activity

PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR

No stalking/tracking, coercion, spam, extortion, exploitation, or misuse of proximity features.

REPORTING

Use in-app reporting where available or email info@digielo.com (subject: “Safety Report”). If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

ENFORCEMENT

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or permanently remove accounts and cooperate with lawful requests.
