HOW TO REQUEST DELETION

Option A — In-App (If Available): Settings → Account → Delete Account.

Option B — Email (Always Available): Email info@digielo.com (subject: “Deletion Request”). Include your account email/username, request type (full deletion or specific data), and your country/state of residence.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

We may ask you to confirm ownership. We aim to process requests promptly; some requests require additional time for verification, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

WHAT WE MAY RETAIN

We may retain limited information as required or permitted by law (compliance, enforcement, fraud/abuse prevention, security logs).
